Constitutional reasoning in 18 legal systems

new collection with analyses about constitutional reasoning in 18 legal systems has been added to the repository. The research was led by András Jakab (Hungarian Academy of Sciences, Centre for Social Sciences), Arthur Dyevre (KU Leuven) and Giulio Itzcovich (University of Brescia).

In the collection we find texts on the methodological questions and the results of the CONREASON project, and the databases, tables, along with quantitative and qualitative analyses about the most important decisions of apex courts from different parts of the world, including the European Court of Justice and the European Court of Human Rights..
